What you will do
- Work closely with our landlords and tenants to build a good relationship and trust
- Communicate and coordinate between landlords, tenants, suppliers, tradespeople
- Management of repairs and maintenance
- Conduct thorough property inspections
- Manage arrears in accordance with policy
- Tenant screening, induction, and management
- Give advice and guidance
- Protect our client’s interests and grow their property value
- Document all the work undertaken on behalf of our clients
