What you will do
- Work flexible hours to be able to cater to our client’s schedule
- Provide expert advice and build a relationship with potential clients
- Decide on the method of sale, costs, and inspection times with the client
- Analyse market pricing and trends to recommend a fair minimum selling price
- Organise listing and advertising of properties for sale
- Meet with buyers to discuss their requirements
- Locate and inspect properties for buyers
- Provide advice on the conditions of sale
- Conduct auctions, open houses, and property inspections
- Receive, present, and finalise offers
